I did not dislike anything and thought it was beautifully written and powerful. It was a very strong and a little scary topic.

I'm so glad that someone wrote a book to commemorate the courageous struggle the Radium Girls had to endure to battle the occupational hazards of working for a big money company.

Heartwrenching story

I liked how much they expressed the feeling of the girls and of the future and how they in power it or shaped it as people would say

Absolutely terrifying book telling the story of corporate greed killing girls in their twenties without warning. It goes to show how unsafe work practices are truly deadly even in ways you could not imagine. This book is a little bit gorey in the descriptive writings of the girls' conditions, however that is what makes it so compelling to me. The horror and fear is what puts you into the girls' shoes, making the book incredibly meaningful. 10/10, would definitely read again.

The most horrifying, gut-wrenching, yet amazing book I've ever read

Fascinating story, but a bit morbid, especially for “young readers”. It’s the description of death and poisoning by radium over and over and over. After an hour my 13 year old was very upset and asked to stop listening. I finished the book and really enjoyed it. If a young child or teenager were interested in this book, I would recommend listening with them so you can discuss what they are hearing.

Not for “young readers”
