The gods gave him six months to prepare for their twisted games. What he does next will surprise them all.

The magical world of Volar is dying. To save themselves and their followers, the native gods have instituted a plan, one that will transform Earth mortals into anchors for their powers.

Ty, and thousands of other humans are summoned through portals and given one mission: choose a god and power up as fast as they can.

An Isekai/LitRPG series, this omnibus sets up the full stakes of this wild, twisty-turny ride.

Great books, Great narration. Omnibus 1-3 had the chapter names in the menu, this set doesn’t, shame.

No chapter names in the descriptions on this set.

I really liked the first omnibus but this one does not hit the same. Books 4-5 are pretty good but 6 is horrible. I couldn’t get past the 3 interlude. For some reason the sixth book just wants to introduce every single new character that you will never care about. I don’t understand how the sixth book got 5 stars. The protagonist starts getting so annoying when he kills someone and spares the next person because he doesn’t want to kill. It’s so stupid and obviously just trying to add hardships. He’s probably killed hundreds maybe even thousands but he still hesitates to kill his enemies that are actively trying to kill him. Of course this isn’t the worst book ever but it’s really disappointing. I will not be buying the next book. Maybe if there is another omnibus I will but it’s not very likely.

Its not bad overall however it feels like the stories progression is slow. main character is always solving the same problems over and over.

story tends to repeat itself
