I love this book! It's not really the type of book I usually read, but I'm so glad I took the chance. It's appropriate for both teens and adults, and as an adult, it drew me right in. M.C. Allen created a number of worlds in this book, and it seems his imagination is endless. There's action, suspense, drama and mystery all wrapped up in this tale of a young girl who has to grow up quickly to help save different worlds from tyrants. It's a magical story you will grow to love.

I have mixed feelings about the narrator. Some of the accents were difficult for me to understand. However, I enjoyed listening to this book and she did a good job overall making the story come to life through her inflections and cadence.
