I’m currently in sales enablement and wish I read this book sooner. So glad I found this book, it will be an absolute game changer for my career. It took me extremely long to finish this book (listened to on audible) because I kept pausing and typing notes. It is filled with so much practical advice and tactics, it is definitely the most tactical book I’ve read. F*cling fantastic, cannot rave more about it!

The concepts are great to be honest. Countless of nuggets and secrets.
I am greedy, and id like more specific examples or steps of the sales steps, once we have the buyers journey…..
But this truly is a great book

The content to the book was ok but not great. The recording was disappointing. It seemed as if the person doing the voice over had never looked at the book and just picked it up the first time and recorded it. Also, there aren’t pauses between sections so they all flow together and it’s hard to distinguish one section from another. Very disappointing and hard to listen to.

Says a lot without really saying much. Does not give tactical advice instead offers vague frameworks or theories. Ex. “Use metrics to track your enablement programs…” or “your sellers should be hitting the phone on day two they don’t need more enablement”.

Not helpful unfortunately. Would not recommend. If you’re completely new to a sales org and want to learn basics then this could be worth the read.
