I've read TSoS a few times now, getting to listen to it was kind of surreal. Great narrator, amazing book.

Wow wow wow

Amazing. I received a free copy in exchange for a review but my review of this is 100% real. I thought this was incredible. I can’t wait for the other books in the series to be made into audiobooks!!!! Hurry!!

Amazing!

I got the pleasure of meeting the author at the Dance of Dragons and was so excited that this was coming to audible. I don’t get much time to sit and read, but almost always have an audiobook going. This. Was. Amazing. The narrator is 10/10 and the book was so good. I didn’t see anything coming. Can’t wait for book 2 to be available on audible

Ride the roller coaster of emotion!

I honestly don't know what I was expecting! I met Lauren (the author) at a book con this year and she was just the sweetest, funniest person. I could have chatted with her all day! I never expected such a dark, ominous, riveting, intoxicating story. The layers here are so deep and I really enjoyed the unexpected turns and roller coaster of emotions from one page to the next.

I will say that there is some very intense and descriptive story telling here that left me needing to take a few breaks. To be fair, this isn't necessarily uncommon for me as an exclusive audiobook reader. Clearly I didn't mind it that much lol.

The narration was good! She does a great job of shifting through character voices, but was much easier to listen to at 1.5x speed.

Overall a great read and I'm looking forward to the rest of the series making its way to audiobook!

An Intriguing Beginning!

I throughly enjoyed learning about this world! There is a lot of setup and lore building in this one. I will be eagerly anticipating book 2 to see how all of the setup in this one unfolds! THAT CLIFFHANGER! I gasped.

The writing was very well done, and I look forward to more from this author! I loved the way the story slowly unfolded - the manner in which it was told was unique and fun to puzzle together!

The narrator was easy to understand and made it a great listen!
