Very entertaining

I want to read more of these! They have great characters and interesting plots! I hope there are more in this series.

Keeping the story interesting, not repetitive series.

A good twist in the end. Can't wait to finish the series. Hopefully Mercy and her lover have peace!

Keeps you guessing!

I’ve really enjoyed this series - particularly the dogs! (although I need to go back to the prior book - I didn’t recall that Mercy and the game warden had reconciled, evident at the beginning of this story). But the plot is complex and very satisfyingly unraveled at the end. Character development is involved and convincing - although the male roles are not as fully developed as the female roles. The ending will gratify any romantic. Excellent narration and worthwhile “listen”!

I like these stories. I am find that the author leaps around a lot. Maybe as a misdirection but mostly it is just confusing.
