Not enough Erin

80% takes place with Emperor, which left me missing the Wandering Inn itself. But still a strong story and performance. And you could have at least included who wins the election!!

Ryoka

It is truly becoming exhausting getting through the Ryoka sections, her ability to constantly believe she knows better than everyone is tiring.

Great storytelling

Great world building and fantastic writing. BUT how do you have a 45 HOUR long book and barely progress the story and only certain characters stories at that.

My heart hurts.

This entry in the series is the most emotional and maybe the best imo. They tore my heart out and gingerly put it back a dozen times only to leave me wanting more. 7 out of 5 stars.

Witches

Great next book in the series!!! Gotta love the commitment to the theme throughout the book. All the way to rhyme scheme, it touches on so many of the classic tropes from childhood witch stories.
