It is widely accepted that meditation can result in reduced stress, greater health, and a sense of calmness and balance. Studies show that in states of meditation we produce a greater quantity of slow frequency theta brainwaves. Pulses of sound embedded in this musical soundtrack will activate your own Theta brainwaves and will lead you easily into restful and rejuvenating meditation. Experienced meditators can use this soundtrack to deepen and enhance their meditative practice.

Please note: This is a nonverbal meditation program.

I have played this audio multiple times in both various chapter repeats and entirety to balance my emotions and calm energy anytime of day. My only complaint is how strongly the closing announcement breaks the flow.

Purposeful great listen

One word “Wow”. Amazing music. For the first time I felt I got to theta brain wave state. I felt like I was floating and could barley feel my arms. The music got me so relaxed but amazingly somehow kept me awake enough so I didn’t just fall asleep. Can’t wait to hear all chapters. I used my headsets. Now I’m going out to buy high quality headsets.

Incredible.

I listened several times, but only once did the music put me into any sort of noticeably relaxed state. I typically have a hard time relaxing, though. The one time this did help, the loud message at the end jarred me out of it. I think it's a shame that they put that horrible message at the end on "relaxation" pieces.

Must be a personal thing
