This book felt like a beautiful trip down memory lane for this country girl who grew up going to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo every year. I loved how this story honored family, roots, legacy and the importance of protecting the land we fought to keep. And honestly who doesn’t love a good black cowboy love story?

Such a cutesy read

Enjoyed this cutesy read. Both MMC & FMC was both dealing with a lot in a sense. I’m just happy everything played out the way it did

So sweet

This was a feel good coming of age romance. I enjoyed both characters, the lightening back-and-forth between each of the leads’ perspectives. Definitely worth a listen.

Love the country vibe and Romance. The fact that the main character has a fight in her and love some with fight in him as well is just pure love.
