The major takeaway is that I have been dating haphazardly and not attuned to my desires. Since there are tons of reflection questions which I love I think it'll help set me up for success in the future.

Good advice

After listening to the author on a podcast, I was interested and wanted to hear more. I had high expectations for this book. And it mostly lived up to expectations. The author provided practical advice to come barriers. Most of the topics are about things that many of us ignore and refuse to discuss. Talking about these things is too much work or brings up emotions we don't want to deal with. After listening, I feel better about having hard relationship conversations.

I do have to say that there is a heavy focus on app dating. I was not expecting that.
