Insightful Introductory Book

This was a great book considering it was free with my subscription and a good book regardless. As a recent graduate and someone progressing towards an eventual therapy practice focused on trauma this provided food for thought and initial considerations. I greatly appreciated the session notes that were included.

Lots of helpful advice and direction

Loved this book. As an avoidant this really resonated for me. This book was well narrated and interesting. I can’t wait to dive into his other book!
