Poker players should enjoy this.

I'm a big fan of two of Jana DeLeon's series, Miss Fortune and Shaye Archer, and have read some of her other standalones. Unlucky is one of those and I'm sorry to say I didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as the others. First of all, there was far too much poker talk and I'm not a card player so it was all over my head.

The other problem I had with it was the paranormal aspect. I'm just not a fan of that genre.

Overall, it was a decent summertime listen, just not up to her standard.

Awesome read

Loved the story. Enjoyed all of the author’s writing. She just can’t write fast enough.

Not up to my expectations

I’m was disappointed in the story as whole. The lead characters were bland not interesting

Disappointed with all the sex. If I wanted that type of book I would choose some other author with no imagination who need to fill blank pages to get there word count minimum.

Just meh

I love the author but struggled to finish this one. It was a little disappointing.
