This book is a must for understanding our place in the world and how to navigate our surroundings and situations. Grasping the world of vibrations and how to use them to effectively maneuver through this existence is key and the author really delivers a complete beginners basics 101 in this world. I recommend to everyone.

I loved this audiobook as it is filled with lots of interesting health and wellness information about all sorts of subjects from yoga through nutrition. This intention is to raise your vibrational state using the practices that she outlines in the book. Very good tour through the current state of New Age wellness.

A couple of caveats: You have to have a fairly high acceptance of "woo" - just go with it. There are some statements that I would take exception with.

In addition, mention is made of links on the bonus page that for the life of me I could not find. (The information IS pretty available from a quick Internet search.)

VIBE immediately resonated with My wife and me after coming off a mind-altering trip to Costa Rica. Robyn Openshaw, the author, elaborates on the power of vibrations in correlation to our thoughts. Thanks to this book, a powerful question we ask ourselves in daily conversation is "is this high or low vibration talk/thoughts/things?" We apply it when unpredictable situations arise. VIBE has helped us vibe into a higher state of being by means of proper thinking, in a way of attractions; similar teachings to The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.

Overall, we enjoyed this book and replayed a couple chapters twice through as it resonated with us deeply. Although she advertises her greensmoothiegirl website, as a business, it's smart so I can't disagree with it but maybe once every chapter or less is better not 3-5 times in a single chapter. Anyway, the advertising didn't distract us enough from the main plot: our frequency is dictated by our thoughts and our thoughts design our life.

wonderful! I will be recommending this book over and over! very helpful and inspiring! I have read many books on healing and cancer prevention, this one is right up there with the best. As a biofeedback technician I will take advantage of every opportunity to share this information!
