I really enjoyed the scientific perspective on autism. This book gave me the directions and guidance needed.

If you have given up on medical intervention this book is for you

There is no information about scientifically-based medical intervention in this book. If your child has autism don’t read this book it will discourage you from getting any real Help

As an Asd person with an asd child, this book makes me so angry!

Pretty general advice

This book didn’t really have any consequential knowledge that you wouldn’t just learn from googling the same information. Also, it was incredibly pro-ABA, it didn’t offer alternatives or bring up any of the controversy surrounding ABA. I would skip this book if you already have read up on how to help your autistic child from reputable sources.
