Listening to this I could not help but compare it to the many romances I have read. The details and scenarios bring her situation to life.

Wow! This book I could not put down and I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing as I felt like I was hearing my own life unfold on several life moments explained during her 18 year marriage…. I cried, I yelled in frustration, I laughed and I rooted her on… if there is confusion in your marriage and you have been done all that you can and don’t see a way out, please read this book as something will click inside you and whether you do something now or a year from now, the knowledge will be there.

Emotional Abuse MUST READ!

I just finished this book! It really opened my eyes to a lot of past abuse that I overlooked from my past abusive relationship that I believe has been buried deep inside me until recently when I just got out of yet another abusive situation. I’ve been struggling daily with so many emotions that I was unable to take a step back and look, really look. When I heard this sentence, I had to stop and listen to it again and again, “When you fall in love with someone’s potential, you are setting yourself up for failure.” It was like a lightbulb and suddenly so many things are starting to look clearer. Thank you for telling your story and giving me the opportunity to read it!❤️
