The female Narrator voice sounded as if she were like 60 yrs old and made it hard to get into.

The story line was okay but ...the Duke was wishy washy
and not very strong!

Controlling Degradation Husband

A young woman marries a man to help her family, not knowing she married a man who would be offensive. The husband decides to sell his wife, since she decided not to have relationships with him. he didn’t care how she felt in the marriage bed and harmed her at times

Just enough

Enjoyed this story and had just enough spice.
Narration was perfect, love the dual male and female narrations.
Was easy to listen.

I don’t have any strong feelings one way or the other about this book. I didn’t HATE it (I didn’t really care for the sex scenes) but I didn’t really LOVE it either. I don’t think I’ll move forward with this series or this author.
