Enjoyed every second

I am currently in the process of taking over the family business of approximately 40 years and I am trying to absorb and learn as much as I can leasing up to it. It is a small business so the corporate language is not as applicable but I learned a lot of valuable information and tools I can apply immediately.

It was also pretty ironic because I had no idea Dr. Kelly has a military background. I am a Capt in the Air Force so it was encouraging to see parallels of the military and succession planning

None of the books resources or tools are available anywhere. Plus, the website, course and webinar that is mentioned at the end of every chapter is not a working website. Unfortunate!
