Fabulous storytelling

Loved it! Kirke has such range as a storyteller: witty, deep, introspective and hilarious. The fact that she is so smart, beautiful and accomplished yet doesn’t take herself too seriously is a great recipe for building trust with the reader/listener and drawing them in for the adventure that this story is. I didn’t want it to end. Encore!

Hilarious Brilliant Witty

An original and hilarious rollercoaster ride. Imagine Eve Babitz rewriting The Royal Tenenbaums, starring a warm-hearted Lola on a quest for self-discovery in the land of country music. "Wild West Village" is fresh and fun. I was grinning for almost the entire listen. Five stars!
