Whatever. Kelly has far more important things to focus on - such as finding her family's missing spell book so she can figure out how to rein in the uncontrollable Hollow House, impress her dubious boss, and break the curse that turns Ronun to stone for half the day.

Cute

I liked the entire cast of wacky characters and the storyline. The narrator did a great job!

Great story

From flighty to fallen in love the heroine goes through a metamorphosis and ends up alone?? The hero is a tragic character who is transformed from a night security guard into someone great overnight?? Can the darkness ever turn into dawn or is there no hope for the heart broken? The end reveals all.

The party witch and her gargoyle

This is the first book I have read in the Other Cross world and it is a great tale. A temperamental house is just one of several quirky characters, along with Kelly's curmudgeon of a boss who actually is quite sweet underneath his bluster. The chemistry is high between Kelly and Ronun, once he lets go of her decorating him in his stone form. A fun read that has Kelly maturing from the consummate party girl into a witchling worthy of her family's illustrious name and finding her true love. The narrator did a great job.

Nice Suprise

I started out hating the FMC but the story developed her into someone you could root for.

Narration Great, Story ok but cozy delivery

The story was a bit scattered but the book is definitely cozy. Great narration if you want something to listen to in the background.
