Our pets are aging — we don’t like that. But dog brains may hold the key to age-related illnesses in their two-legged besties, i.e., us! Is there a study on how farts affect short people and dogs? Owning a pet is very expensive nowadays. Apparently, pet care has gone up 10% in the past year alone. Now in parts of Los Angeles, there are homeless people living in the sewers. Humans should not be living like rats. Meanwhile, people in Huntington Beach are losing their yards to old sewer lines that come through their properties after Orange County seized the backyard spaces.

Tim Conway Jr. — who never, ever complains, according to his wife — visited the Vietnam War memorial The Wall That Heals over the weekend at Pierce College in Woodland Hills. And what did Timothy learn? That for men, talk radio is a great way to bond with your son or dad. Bellio went to see Shaun Cassidy at La Mirada Theatre — and her date was that vegan minor celebrity, Mark Thompson! Apparently, they were there with about 40 or 50 Shaun Cassidy superfans. There was a horrific accident last night when an Air Canada plane collided with a fire truck on the runway at New York’s LaGuardia Airport. Two pilots were killed and a flight attendant was ejected from her jump seat — and survived. TSA lines at airports are getting looooong. But if you download the app MyTSA, you might be able to time your travels well enough to save yourselves a huge headache. TSA agents are phoning out because they’ve gone 40 days without a full paycheck.

They’ll be playing LA’s Greek Theatre April 25 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Neil Diamond playing that same venue. Who’s bringing the doobs? A prostitution ring in Carlsbad has been busted. They were disguised as massage parlors in the beachy coastal town. Dodgers season kicks off this week — and there’s a new menu at Dodgers Stadium! So, what’s on the menu this season? We’ve got the lunchbox burger, fried chicken buckets, chow mein burrito and a calorific churros sundae among many other delicious Dodgers offerings.

Caltrans is working on the weekends on the 405 and the Sepulveda Pass. To that end, Tim’s friend Steve Wizan is on the phone. He runs the Agua Dulce Winery and while these freeway projects are incredibly inconvenient for people who travel across LA, Wizan feels otherwise. He thinks Caltrans is doing a great job! Gen Z and millennials are not out there drinking as much as the older generations did. Not even when they go out for a meal. It’s called dry dining. Tim plays the voicemail from a little boy’s auntie who invited the Colton Police Department to his police-themed birthday party. Tomorrow is National Cheesesteak Day!
