Many people are in the midst of a high conflict court and custody battle with a narcissist. They begin to experience the narcissist’s gas-lighting and wrath in many ways. Not only do they experience this, however. They find that their child is the victim of gaslighting and brainwashing also. The non-narcissist doesn’t realize that the other parent brainwashes the child and triangulates the child against them. Eventually, the child begins to detest and hate the non-narcissistic parent.The non-narcissistic parent never knows what they did wrong to deserve their own child hating them.

Anxiety can escalate to another level. When a person is exposed to traumatic or negative events where they feel little or no control in the outcome, the anxiety can turn into post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). If you have enough recurring events in your life that are traumatic, you may even be diagnosed with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD).

You might wonder why you need to know how to identify narcissists, psychopaths, Machiavellians, and sadists. The Dark Triad is a theory of evolution that indicates that traits of psychopathy, narcissism, and manipulativeness are becoming more and more prevalent in our society. These cut-throat personalities are designed by evolution to be physically and emotionally strong, to survive at all costs, and to get ahead financially.

Many people have heard of trauma and PTSD. But when we think of PTSD, many of us think of nightmares and flashbacks that are related to one traumatic incident or event that has been experienced by the sufferer. There is another form of PTSD that's related to being exposed to repetitive trauma. It is called Complex PTSD, coined by a woman named Judith Herman.

Most people are familiar with PTSD. But many have not heard of complex PTSD and developmental trauma disorder. As adults, many of us experience symptoms of anxiety and depression. We feel chronically stressed. We have trouble trusting others, or we may even experience feelings of paranoia in our relationships with others. We struggle to define what it is that is bothering us, and we struggle to find ways effective ways to treat it.

Many people think they know what they are doing when they go up against someone else in court. But do you really know what you are getting yourself into? The narcissist values popularity, status, money, power, resources, and false image. Many court personnel also subscribe to these same priorities in their life, and if you weren’t successful in dealing with one narcissist - you surely won’t be able to cope with the lawyer team that your narcissist hired to antagonize you.

This audiobook seeks to teach one partner in the relationship how to relate to and cope with a partner who has limited emotional maturity and capability. It seeks to give better clarity while taking into consideration the cognitive, emotional, and social deficits that are engrained in the partner's brain. Many women go out into the dating world with misinformation. We listen to what our families' values are, we compare our fathers to other men, and then we find men who fit the ideal that we all have in our heads of the perfect man. We have grown up with our fathers as the images of perfect husbands in our minds, even if our fathers were far from perfect husbands.

OCPD is the abbreviation for a group of mental symptoms that are collectively called obsessive compulsive personality disorder. Many people confuse OCPD with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). People can have both; however, OCPD is a pervasive condition that affects the person's entire life and all interactions. A person with OCPD may justify their rigidity and inflexibility using the morals and values their family instilled in them.

Many of my listeners grew up in broken homes. They have wondered for many years what went wrong. On the surface their parents tried to make it look like everything was picture perfect. Other people outside of the family might even have believed it. Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED) is a disorder which often gets diagnosed for people who do not fall under other mental disorders or personality disorders, but who experience rage incidents which are seemingly uncontrollable to them. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, "IED affects as many as 7.3 percent of adults - 11.5-16 million Americans". It is also estimated by NIMH that "six million...adolescents...meet the criteria for an IED diagnosis".

The narcissist is a force to be reckoned with. He is the reason that the courts are filled with nasty custody and divorce battles. He is passive-aggressive, fatalistic, negativistic, critical and stubborn. The narcissist uses many tactics to alienate the children from others in their life. He is one of the reasons that Parental Alienation exists. This audiobook seeks to discuss the various tools that are launched against the children of the narcissist.

We have all met men who have the Peter Pan syndrome. Many of these men are also narcissistic and self-absorbed simply by the nature of the Peter Pan syndrome. A man who is stuck in his path through life as a boy never matures emotionally. He carries around his childhood sense of himself throughout his life. In many instances, his tastes do not grow or change. The way that he interacts with others does not grow or change. He is still stuck as a 12-year-old boy, or sometimes even younger, in his emotional development.

Many of my listeners come to me with a serious predicament. They are trapped in a relationship with a narcissist. Many of them want to get out of the relationship, but they keep being pulled back into the relationship because of something called 'trauma bonding'. They feel helpless and hopeless to rid themselves of the fantasy of the 'perfect relationship' that the narcissist has planted in their head. They feel defeated, confused, and disoriented.

We discuss NPD and BPD as they pertain to a heterosexual relationship, but the same rules apply if the roles are reversed and in a homosexual relationship. We hope to give new light to those who are choosing to stay in the relationship but want better ways to interact with their partner to make the relationship work.

Asperger's Syndrome, or high-functioning autism, is a form of autism that falls on the autism spectrum. Asperger's Syndrome can be seen in adults and in children if you know what to look for. Many people who can be described as hypersensitive, odd or eccentric have Asperger's Syndrome which has gone undiagnosed. Some of the greatest comedians, singers, actors and inventors have Asperger's syndrome. They specialize in what they are good at, and they can become highly successful in doing so.

If you are feeling this way, my friend, there is a simple explanation. You may be dating or married to a narcissist. Your self-absorbed partner may be gaslighting and manipulating you. He may cycle between love-bombing and distancing himself from you. He seems to be a nice guy to your face sometimes, but then you find out that he is talking bad about you to others. He seems to triangulate you with other women or family members in order to make you jealous and boost his own ego.

We'll discuss different reasons that a person might have become schizoid and/or OCPD, including differences in the brain, head injury causes, and the different types of parenting in infancy that might have caused the disorder.
