Amos Carver is out camping when he's forced to kill two men. To be fair, they shot at him first. But they missed and Carver didn't. It turns out these men were tracking down a drug addict who stole something valuable from them. A briefcase full of money and drugs. Just before he dies, the drug addict tells Carver that he left the briefcase just over the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. He left it with a woman named Sally.

Justin and gang finally find a way back to Eden. But the world they find isn't the one they left. The people are gone. Zombie-like creatures roam the streets. And the grand ruler of this dystopia is a man named Vokan. How did Eden die? How did Vokan gain power over the ashes of civilization? None of the clues make sense and Vokan isn't giving straight answers. What started as a jubilant return home becomes a lethal quest to fight Vokan and save the world yet again. But Vokan is no pushover and his kind of magic is something Justin has never faced before.

Gaia has an eldritch problem, and Cain is tasked with stopping it before it gets out of control. To do that, he'll have to make an uneasy alliance with a human black-ops organization called Aegis. Run by the US government, Aegis has the personnel and resources to stop an eldritch invasion in its tracks. The problem is, Aegis has been taking a short-term approach, blowing up eldritch wormholes as they form on Gaia rather than cutting them off at the source.

With the relics of Juranthemon reassembled, the realms are collapsing in on themselves. When they hit ground zero, Earth will be recreated in a violent collision, destroying most life in the realms. If Elohim has his way, all life will be extinguished, paving the way for him to recreate things just the way he wants it. Justin and gang have only one option to save the realms. A primal seed of creation, a crystalis, might provide enough power for their resident demigoddess, Emily, to stop the collapse.

When Baal launches a surprise attack against Justin and gang on Emily’s wedding day, Justin overuses his Apocryphan powers and nearly kills himself. With his body clinging to life in a preservation spell, Justin is trapped in the afterlife. While there, he discovers that Baal’s plan to collapse the realms back into one world might not only kill billions, but also wipe out the souls of the dead. Turning to old friends and enemies, Justin pools any resources he can and attempts to fight his way back to the land of the living.

When Conrad learns his father has perfected a way to create demonic clones of living people, he realizes it's only a matter of time before the Overworld falls once again to Victus. The Arcane Council is already in flux, and Max's father, Xander, is running for primus. If he wins, it will give Victus another solid rung to climb to the top. Several ministers already seem in favor, and with a little push, the entire council could belong to Victus.

The Broken Relic, however, is highly sought after by collectors, though nobody knows exactly what it is. After being kidnapped, chased, and nearly killed, Conrad realized he and his friends will be lucky to survive the preparations for the quest, much less the quest itself.

Hellhounds ate my homework. Justin won Elyssa's heart and saved his dad from rogue vampires, but just when he thinks he can ride off into the sunset on a white horse, trouble not only knocks on his door, it plows through it with hellhounds. Spawn relatives with their own agendas, vampires running amok, and his father marked for death - it seems there's no end to the kinds of monsters out to make Justin's life miserable.

Thanks to new friends, Justin and gang are able to return to Eden. But the Overworld lies in ruins. A top secret nom organization is slowly dismantling the supernatural world, hunting down supers and taking over Obsidian Arch waystations. A new dictator rules what's left and won't relinquish power, even if it means dooming the Overworld. Together with Conrad Edison and gang, Justin will have to find a way to fight off the noms and restore order.

A necromancer wants to turn Tokyo into a necropolis. That necromancer should be dead. Cain and Hannah had killed her long ago. Or so they thought. But there's a fresh infestation of necrotons, reanimated corpses, haunting Tokyo's streets.
