Ob in Deutschland gut oder schlecht gegessen wird, ist wohl nur nach Landstrichen zu sagen, nach den "Geschmäckern", nach dem Geschlecht, dem Beruf, dem Geldbeutel des Urteilenden – hier handelt es sich um Grundsätzliches, gerade um das, was die Ernährungsausstellung wenigstens stellenweise gut und gescheit gepredigt hat: Esst vernünftig!
