Die With Me is book #4 (novella) in the Angels of Désirer series. The teaser at the end of book #3 (Play With Me) gave us a hint that this would be Luca's story. It certainly wasn't what I was expecting, but dang if I didn't enjoy it! This story opens up HOT and doesn't let up until it ends. Misty is after revenge from Luca. He's trying to catch her before she does. This is a VERY dark cat and mouse game-ish listen with a laundry list of trigger warnings, tons of smex, and an ending that will BLOW. YOUR. MIND. Start this one with an open mind, because if you think you know what's going to happen, it definitely won't! 😲🖤💀

The duet narration was fantastic! Aaron Shedlock and Lucy Rivers gave us award-worthy performances as Luca and Misty. Between the psychosis, the spinning of the wheel of emotions, and all the smexy things you can imagine AND THEN SOME...these two made this super short audio feel like a full-length listen. Absolutely loved their voicing. 5/5 haunting stars! 🌟

Die with me novella was my first taste of D.L. Darby’s writing and storytelling skills. I was very impressed from start to finish even with this book being a novella. This story is a quick bloody erotic mess that will leave you questioning your morals and sanity! I loved the banter and cat and mouse game that seemed endless until the very end! Narrators Lucy Rivers and Aaron Shedlock played their characters masterfully and left me wanting more!Thank you Blue Nose Audio and D.L. Darby for this entertaining ALC opportunity!

This book was wild from page one. It’s short, fast-paced, and absolutely unhinged in the best way possible. The chemistry between the characters? Explosive. Every single chapter delivers on the 🌶️seriously, this one doesn’t let up for a second.

Lucy Rivers and Aaron Shedlock were phenomenal in the narration, bringing the tension and darkness to life perfectly. But fair warning, check your trigger warnings before diving in, because WOAH. This story pushes boundaries and doesn’t hold back.

If you love your dark romance spicy, intense, and unapologetically bold, this one’s worth a listen.

WHAT THE HECK DID I READ?!?

This was a quick, spicy, bloody and also mind fuck of a read 😂

This book was dark and twisty and I had no clue what to expect but it wasn’t that ending 🤯

I am so sad this series is over, but super excited to see what DL Darby has up her sleeve.

This story is produced by Blue Nose Audio and performed in duet by Lucy Rivers and Aaron Shedlock. They are an amazing duo and really brought these two psychopaths love to life.
