FMC is Avery, a troubled youth who killed her father the the sexual abuse he did to her multiple times, she killed him by fire I believe
MMCs Theo, a troubled youth who killed his sister's boyfriends because they killed her, he is in love with Avery
Grey, a crazy troubled youth who kills for fun and revenge and when he is provoked and is in love with Avery, he is also Damon's 2nd and best friend
Damon, a troubled youth who is the leader of the circus of death secret society group, and his family own the asylum and he hates Avery but he rather put up with her because he needs calming day to day life and he needs Theo and Grey on good terms for his plan to work

Damon needs people to control and rule over so he started that group and he is trying to get them to help him stop the experiments prolong enough so he can be king of the asylum, the experience can only be prolong for so long because the owner, his father needs the experiments to start so that the government can pay him, he needs to money and he is allowing for the experiments to happen under his building
horrible man
Damon has done all he can to keep his secret society group happy and keeping the workers at the asylum at bay because he has the rein to get them to do whatever he wants but his dad is like enough is enough
grey and Theo both wants Avery, so they will share her
she loves them and they love her
the main worker guy wants Avery to give him information at Damons group so they can take him down but she won't give him anything
Damon starts to realize that she is an asset to his business and another reason he puts up with her
that main doctor/worker makes Avery do these extra chores and is making her miss showers and eating that she is slowly going insane
because if she won't get him that information he needs to take Damon down then he will punish her
so Damon makes sure she is ok by interrupting her meetings and making sure Theo and Grey are with her always
he even kissed her and immediately regretted it because he knew grey would freak out and try to kill him
but I think personally he is going to fall for Avery too
end of book there's a cliffhanger, she was talking to the new psychiatrist and he gave her meds that knocked her out and that main worker dude came in and said to someone prepare her for the lab
so experiments are going to start in the next book
I'm sure Grey and Theo are going to do anything and everything to get Avery back

as usual the voice actors are amazing! the story is amazing, but like the 1st one its so short and the cliff hanger pmo lol I wasnt a fan of the use of yeeted so many times but still a great book cant wait for the next one.

Loving this story. The narration is absolutely perfect. great casting. Outstanding story, that just keeps getting better. Every time we get deep into a very suspenseful situation Bam!!! the damn book ends. Holy crap!! these cliffhangers are brutal. bring on book three. Quickly!!

This is unusual for me, but I think I liked book 2 better than book one!! Loved the narration and I’m kinda bummed that the next two aren’t available yet… or ever? I have no idea if they are in the works. Nothing majorly exciting happened, but there’s a lot of intrigue kicking in. Gonna need to read the next one instead of listen to it, because I don’t wanna wait! 😂🤣
