This book so saintly reviews sex addiction and defines some things that I was confused about. I recommend this book for anybody that may feel that they have a sexual addiction problem. The format was easy to follow in it's simplicity

I will have to listen to this again a few more times. The first time I was too caught up in the fact that it almost read verbatim many of the things that I've gone through; things that could have possibly lead to issues. Wow, just wow!

The author was able to explain in a very comprehensive manner. I hope it helps others as much as it helped me to learn the reasons to develop such addiction and especially what consequences it has in the addict's relationship to his or her partner. Thank you!

This is an excellent, to the point, self assessment tool. While probably not post fall into the extremes of sexual addiction, like myself, I believe the fact that we're seeking it out and listening for other than entertainment (why would you?) value, there's a problem. For me, this was helpful. I would encourage anyone. Don't use the credit, just spend the $3. Its worth it!
