Wow!

I listen to books at night while I’m trying to sleep and there were a few moments in this book I had to stop because I got too scared. The story was so good! The narrator did a fantastic job and did a wonderful job at creeping me out! 10/10 recommended this book!

original, funny, dark

I love how the main character has flaws, he's not perfect but he's also a decent man. The story is dark but at time hilarious. the narrator is perfect. The way he sets the tone is superb. not disappointed at all.

I even got creeped out

IDK what it was about the story, but I haven't been this creeped out since I read The Shining as an 11yo. While home alone abd blow drying my hair in the bathroom, I got creeped out enough to close and lock my bathroom door because I couldn't hear if anything was sneaking up on me. I'm 45. That's how much this story got in my head.

WOW!

Great book that kept me in suspense. Absolutely loved the ending. Loved the author and the reader. Will listen to this author soon.

Pulls at the heart strings

So many tough decisions to make throughout the story! Very engaging and scary!
Also, makes me wanna go home and hug my doggies.
