Wonderful story

Love this author she writes great stories and doesn’t need all the “steamy” graphic sex. So thankful to finally find an author who can write a great entertaining clean story.

Great Book!

Wonderful storyline with well developed characters. The one-sidled love story keeps your interest because you never think it will develop into a full blown love affair, a slow burn that gets frustrating at times, but I couldn’t put this book down, Narration is good.

A fun escape

I really appreciated all the different ways Sawyer showed his love in how he cared for her before they kissed. It made that moment all the more meaningful. I also loved how the female lead stood up for herself and showed her strength and capabilities in so many ways. There was some excellent villains too which made those moments of victory all the more enjoyable.

good romance book

great short listen. the main character got on my nerves a bit but I still enjoyed it a lot.

Overall a pretty great story!!

Overall it was a great book for a listen while I worked. I am also planning on listening to the others in the series. Though I do wanna say I felt the issue of her weight was a lot. I understand someone having low self esteem but it was back and forth. She would say she loved her body but then would talk about how men were probably repulsed by it. I feel like there was also lots of negativity from the main character about anyone “skinny” there was always something said like her comment saying she thought her sister probably butt dialed her “with that boney thing she called a rear end” or something along those lines. Basically anytime there was an interaction with another person there was a comment about their looks or weight. It felt overdone at times. I hope the others in the series don’t follow that same path. But that was pretty much the only negative and overall I enjoyed it!
