not your typical Debbie Macomber book

I have read and loved a dozen of Debbie Macomber's books. This book felt like it wasn't written by her. So many characters and different plot lines. And the worst part, no real closure. I usually fall in love with her characters, but I don't feel like any character was fully developed. This book leaves a lot to be desired.

Mundane monotone narration

Great story, poor narration. Almost made me put the book down. You can do better!

Could not get past the third chapter

Not living the narrator. Had to put it down. Started it twice, second time stopped after chapter three.

I like how the relationships intertwine in a small city.

Not that crazy about the narrator. All the voices sound the same. Sounds a little monotonous.
