Great series

Each book in this series just gets better! I love this series and really am not looking forward to it ending!

Kisses Only Regency Era Romance

This is a kisses only Regency era romance. It is the 6th book in the Arrangements series. It is technically a standalone story, but it is connected to the previous books heavily. I'd recommend reading them in order.

Throughout this series, Marianne has be there and the readers have seen her deep desire to be revered in Society. Now we see her navigating the challengers of that and how her brother's friend steps in to help.

I really haven't been a big Marianne fan. But I think that the author has written her in that way. Now we are given a chance to learn more about her and why she behaves the way she does.

And Kit...

I enjoyed listening to this book very much. The narrator is top notch.

Excellent Series

I have truly enjoyed the Arrangement Series by Rebecca Connolly. This is the best book of friends that I have read. Even though it was a book, I was envious of that type of unconditional and devoted friendship between Nathaniel, Derek, Geoffrey, Duncan, and Colin and by extension their wives Moira, Katherine (Kate), Mary, Analise, and Susannah, and family members Christopher (Kit) and Marianne.

It would have been nice to have book 7 or 8 be David's story since he is Derek brother and since we had Marianne (Duncan's sister) and Kit (Colin's twin) story.

Sad to see the series coming to an end

I've really enjoyed this series. The narration is excellent; characters likeable and though the storylines were a bit too much back and forth (it wouldn't be a story if everyone understood each other, right?) I'm a little sad that it's coming to an end. And I liked that it's clean. There's enough rakish, bodice- ripping novels out there.
