Great story and then in pops a curse word. I don't understand why that was necessary?

Clean, good story

Good clean fun. Fairly well written. Characters well developed and their dialogue was interesting although occasionally a trifle flowery and redundant.

Kisses only Regency Era romance

This is the first in a series by Rebecca Connolly. It is a lovely romance between Moira and Nathan.

I enjoyed the banter and romance very much.

I listened to the whole book in 1 day while doing chores around my house. Jessica Elisa Boyd did another fabulous job reading the story and bringing the characters to life.

One of the most pleasant and beautiful books I’ve encountered yet.

Everything about this story was beautiful; the wording, the character development, the banter, the scene setting, all of it was wonderful. Pleasant stories with even pleasanter endings are quite my favorite sort, and this one hit the nail on the head.

Narration gets in the way

I thoroughly enjoyed the story, although for something that is in the "Christian Romance" section, there's not much faith expressed. The narrator is a bit soft-spoken, which makes it difficult to hear on the road, which is where I listen to books. She is also not very good at expressing when someone is speaking out loud and when they're thinking. Sometimes, it was also hard to tell which person is speaking.
