Annoying FMC

The internal dialogue regarding her deceased sister in law’s opinion was exhausting. Justin was a gem to put up with her! I only finished the book because I was listening as I cleaned the house. It sounded best at 1.35 speed and it helped to make it end sooner.

The heroine was not very sympathetic

The heroine was supposed to be intelligent but she was extremely blind to obvious truths about George. even when confronted with truth, she blithely convinced herself that it wasn't so bad.

I love the characters and the story s d the narrator did an excellent job bringing the characters to life

Ridiculous and worse

The book is beyond horrible both characters are immature and silly. The reader made it worse. The heroine’s voice is shrill and the male is beyond horrible. Skipping ahead didn’t even help! Never again!
