My least favorite of the series

I loved the other books in this series. This one, not so much. It’s okay, but predictable and no terribly believable for the time period in my opinion. Maybe a bargain deal, but not worth a credit.

Long drawn out angst

A really engrossing story….the 2 main characters are exasperating most of the time. Great storyline….understanding how important good communication is in any type of relationship, as well as a ‘2 way street’.
Highly recommend if one can handle the many machinations of the plot requiring a long listen to the very end.

Love Mia Vincy But...

The story was 11 hours of the same thing - a duke in love with a woman he 'can't' marry and she won't marry anyone if she can't have him. 10 years ago they fell in love and continued a friendship, even after a divorce made him a free man. Angst. This is my least favorite Mia Vincy book, thank goodness narrated by Kate Reading, who kept me listening.
