I appreciated the gentle tone of Bram’s voice. He uses simple steps to calm your thoughts, and give gentle reminders to help you keep control over your attention. If you’re looking for a spiritual or metaphysical style of meditation, this might not be for you. He keeps it simple, only addressing your mind, body, and physical surroundings.
