It's the best way

My tips doubled using this. The caring was already real though. I was told by a Friend, "you care." He felt it was my competitive edge. I believe this type of caring, causes a person who cares, to care even more. I have anniversaries, birthdays etc in a file. Referrers get special cards and a gourmet brownie pack etc....
