Having approach anxiety is a normal thing, and all guys have it. Some guys have it worse than others, but nonetheless, all guys have it.

It’s nothing to be ashamed of, and if you have a bad case of approach anxiety, it doesn’t mean that you’re not cut out for the game. I myself had terrible approach anxiety when I first started the game. It took me a long time before I could make my first approach. I would literally walk around all day trying to work up the courage to make an approach, and I simply couldn’t. I was like this for many months!

I’ve put the best strategies and mind-sets that I know of into this audiobook to help reduce some of that approach anxiety you have and get you approaching. Not a bad book

The overall book pretty much explains all the major ideas for conquering approach anxiety. It’s a fast read and would nice if it was longer with greater details

I could never approach a girl before reading this

I read up a lot on game, but could never actually approach a girl, but one of the strategies in here really worked for me, and made my first approach ever, followed by many more after that! Amazing little audio book!
