I read this book and after 3 weeks I felt better. Then I stopped and thought I was good. These habits take time to change. I've read many books in how to develop my diciplins regarding eating, sleeping and worrying. However this one is totally different.

The concept of the "3 Gears" is surprisingly practical and effective! more over Judson's voice is so calming and motivating.
