Without a doubt the best piece of writing on health anxiety I’ve ever encountered. Brilliant, nuanced and helpful beyond expectation. I spend most of my time listening to this book transcribing paragraph after paragraph, so I should probably buy the hard copy as well. I’ll probably end up underlining more pages than not.

If you've been suffering from health anxiety, look no further. This is YOUR GUIDE to heal health anxiety for good. just remember to learn to have trust and faith. Healing will come in its own time. He knows how to describe undoing anxiety that speaks to the subconscious. It’s kind of an academic style guided meditation. Very gifted teacher and writer.

This is so helpful and I know I’m going to listen to this a few more times. There were a few things that were totally mind blowing that I never noticed before. One thing specifically was that if you have anxiety you’re probably a chronic shallow breather. This is something (only until I heard this in the book) I never noticed I was doing. I’m currently working on breathing normally. I had no idea that was even happening, and for how many years?! Who knows. This book is wonderful. If you have anxiety, especially health anxiety, this is a must.
