Sweet Kate's voice was too brash for such a young girl. Found same with Cassie.

Sweet and Hot!

What made the experience of listening to Bad News Cowboy the most enjoyable?

Even though I've listened to No 3 of the series first, I really liked it very much. A sweet love story, hot in all the right places and Lillian Thayer made it even more awesome with her wonderful narration. I mostly enjoyed the male characters (Jake of course and all Katie's brothers) and her southern Texan accent is amazing!

The story line is alright however.. an over 20 yr old that grew up with older brothers with a mind of her own and stubborn.. then when she likes Jack it’s like she becomes a sheltered 15 yr old. Enjoyable story just doesn’t keep up with the previous description of her
