Oh. My. Goodness.
I loved this book. There’s no third act break up. There’s two loving adults that you bond with immediately. I spent the entire time at the edge of my seat and yes. There were SEVERAL times I cried in public while sitting on an airplane.
This story. This world. It’s just… perfect! I cannot wait to dive into the next book!

This was my first Elise Gedicke book and I loved it!! Now going to find the 1st book of this series so I can listen to that one!

The narrator was superb and told the story with true emotion. I really enjoyed the twist and turns of the story.
