Some cussing and cringe but it was good

I don’t read books based on reviews and I am glad I do that. The story is good. There is violence and a lot of cussing so if that’s not your thing then maybe don’t. I enjoyed the character development, it was slow but the author left some breadcrumbs. I didn’t like the use of the “alpha male” term so much. There are times where it fit but most the time it was over used. Besides that I enjoy the story for what it was and I’m glad I read this series in order.

"Audiobook" Anne Malcom did it again! I could not stop listening!
This is a great fairly dark book with several friends you'd never think of.

If I hear alpha male one more time, I’m gonna chuck my phone—a lot of repetition in this book.
