Great book for helping you move on. However, I feel Susan's free YouTube videos have the same exact information, but in more depth. Especially the interactive Videos. People writing in questions as Susan answers them. Her advice is pure gold.

So much wisdom in such a short period of time! Literally in 35 mins I had so much insight on how to recover from a break up and things about the relationship! susan winter really explains it well! this is a How to survive a breakup guide! bravo susan!

Works right away!

The exercise of writing down 3 great qualities of your mate and then seeing the evidence for it, I couldn't believe it wasn't completely consistent. Also, the endless supply of love within me and my past success with love and partnership DOES give evidence that I can do that again. Thank you!
