Okay Sloane you dirty dirty biiiiishhhhhh! Coach sully was so freaking hot, while listening I was like omg can anyone else hear this. It was so freaking spicy! 🥵 Kendra and Sully are everything. The narrator’s were amazing. We love to see a person of color succeed. Such a great read/listen. Can’t wait for the rest of this series!

Unusual Circumstances 😍

Ok so Sully gave me all the vibes when he found his love. This story was not only captivating it was a sensual delight to how feeling develop intensely when you know you have the one. Chefs kiss 😘

Why The Pause??

The dialogue between the MMC and FMC constantly had awkward pauses in between their words. It was awful, didn’t flow, and obnoxiously choppy. Whoever edited it ruined the pacing. 😫

Otherwise the book was good. The MMC was good I enjoyed him. The FMC narrator was monotoned and not a very good actor. She wasn’t believable and I felt like as she was narrating it, that was the first time she ever read it. She didn’t seem to be playing the character she was more just reading as if she was reading an instructional manual. Together there’s no chemistry and add the pausing and it was painful to listen to.

So so sooooo good!

Loved this story line!! It was so refreshing. So unexpected!! And I just loved these two together!!
