I liked the narrators voice. I felt as though this book was great review. I liked that it included exam questions. Definitely recommend

Just meh

This is incomplete, and if you rely on this book, you will fail your test miserably. It is good, however, for playing on a loop in the background of your daily routine.

Colorado Real Estate License Exam

This is not for the State Exam. This is for the National Exam. There are many statements in the text that say "your state" talking about how each state is different on what is allowed and what is not allowed. This will not be helpful since I need to know what Colorado allows. I have taken the exam once so I have a better idea of what to look for this time when taking the exam and prepping.

Not really about Colorado

This book has a single chapter on Colorado specific items, but the title lead you to believe that the entire book is about Colorado specific items, definitely feel a little ripped off here and wish I could return this

Colorado? No, none of Colorado.

This has nothing at all to do with Colorado real estate law. It is a book for preparation for the national exam.
