Parental traumas, dirty strip bar, steamy love romance

This 2nd book in series can act as a stand alone.

This one has a complex storyline, as did the first in the series. The whole childhood traumas with parent issues. Then you have the main male character come in to protect the female. A woman who has never felt safe and now can. Is a romantic idea.
The character growth is great in these books. Book 2 goes more into the males back story and I loved that. Not treating the male as a side character.
So all together this book is highly suggested. Strong romance. Men who treat woman right. Steamy detailed love bits. Story with twist and turns. Happy ended with added bit about future book.

Bettter than the first

Overall I liked the characters in this one far more than the first in this series. It was a fun listen for those not worried about becoming completely invested in an immersive world. Demons are an interesting lot to hear about. Still heard some minor editing mistakes but far better than the last book. Look forward to the next.

Interconnected standalone

Loved it! Hated that the epilogue tied absolutely everything together and book 3 isn’t available :( but the 2 books so far were great, I prefer Varek but these guys were sweet. I also love the name Kallista!!! Obsessed with Gregory Salinas

Are there more to the series ?!?!?

This book is definitely worth the credits/cost. It keeps you on the edge of your seat just like the first book.
I wish there where more by this author. It is hard to find a good paranormal romance that has just enough romance & not sex all the time.
Please write more or come out with more of the series.
