Good Dark Story, Horrible Female Narration

The story was good. It was dark and not as romantic as I thought it would be. The male narration for all the male characters was good but the female narration was horrible. That robotic tone almost ruins the story. The only time the female narration was good was when she spoke with an accent. He voice made me imagine the female MC was one of those robotic AI dolls and not a real human.

I loved this story!

This was fantastic! Wow! I was seriously enrapt! Couldn’t stop listening! I hope there is a sequel!

Dark! Very Dark!

This is the first book in the Beautiful Monster Series, a Dark Romance. This story is intense, and dark! Daniela’s story is heartbreaking. She is extremely strong, and resilient. She is caught up between two twisted men. Dante is dark, broken, revengeful, and enigmatic. Vincent is ruthless, and brutal. The storyline is enthralling, and intricate, filled with violence, darkness, and twists and turns. This story is not for the faint-hearted. Bree Elaine and Patrick Morgan did an interesting and captivating reading of the story. Looking forward to listen to Refrain, Espi and Chloe's story, the next book in the Series. Lana Sky is definitely one of my favorite Dark and Twisted Romance Books Authors.

Audible/arc Review

For honest Review . Wow fantastic writing 10 stars . this is a very dark romance but you will just fall in love with these characters . Daniela has been Vincent toy he has tortured since young now she has a way to get back at him after being kidnapped by a rival mob that's if she can survive them . if you don't like violence this is not your book then.

Story is worth overcoming the narration

This is a dark, twisted story and it is full of suspense and action. The female narration had me hesitant at first, but I’m glad I spent the credit. Increase the speed to 1.2x and get thru the first couple chapters. The narration gets better and the story will suck you in.
