Excellent narrator selection

As always, Rosa Lucas does a fantastic job of marrying humor, narrative, spice, and humanity. For this book in particular, I think the narrator selection really made the story immersive to the point where I cannot imagine Daisy and Edward with any other voices.

Phenomenal

I loved this when I first read this book and loved it even more in the audio version. Lucas is phenomenal at creating FMCs who are quirky and fallible while at the same time exhibiting inner strength and beauty. The narrators captured Daisy and Edward perfectly.

Duet Narration worth the credit

For a book that has been out for over 8 months I'm surprised that the reviews are not MORE!! There are a handful of 10 out 10 audible narration that I genuinely love and this is one of them that I seriously love. I'm obsessed with accents from Scottish to British to Australian and da*n these two were freaking PERFECT!! The female narrator sounds young which matches the character and the male narrator sounds older that matches the 39 year old billionaire. My big pet peeve is when the female character is a 23 year old the the female narrator sounds 50 years old 🤣 and same for the male narrator it kills the vibe.
The work that these two narrator's did really brought this story to life. I need them to work together again!!!
I seriously would love to see this as a movie!
I gave the story 4 out 5 only because, Daisy self sabotage and insecurity sounds like me when someone so handsome likes me. I felt called out 😭✨️
anyways this story was beautiful and the narration was seriously perfect. This is worth the credit. Thank you Rosa

Amazing!

This author is an automatic purchase for me every time! Amazing story with equally entertaining banter! The narrators killed it and THIS is what duet narration should sound like every time!!!!!

Best Book of 2025!!!!!

I can’t put into words how much I adored this book!!! It was the perfect love story with yummy spice🥵🔥, angst, and some good drama! It had every troupe I love in a book!! I’ve been in a book slump, but this pulled me right back into my book loving life!!! Don’t second guess this credit or purchase! I promise you won’t regret it! It’s a story you’ll never want to end! I’ll be listening to it again very soon!!!♥️
