A fantastic adventure!

I read the first book in the series several years ago and always meant to get back to see what happened next. It took me longer than it should have, but I'm glad I finally picked the series back up. I recall enjoying book #1. Dark Rising was outstanding with strong character development and a great plot. In a way I'm glad I lollygagged on this series because it means there are now more books to catch up on.

Another enjoyable Alex Hunter audio

Fast action w few slow moments; disaster setting is unique & kept my interest; reading by Manganese was well done. I found myself frequently remaining in my car after arriving at my destinations and I appreciated that the antagonist reaped his just reward. Well satisfied.

worth the read

great book with awesome characters. enjoyed the Sci fi, but why not something more haunting than a scorpion?
