I think Traction is one of the best business books that I’ve ever read. It’s definitely in my top five and it’s essentially how I run my business. This book was very helpful to do a deep dive into the data component of the EOS system. We have had a companywide scorecard for many years, but because of this book we will now be developing department scorecards and focusing more on the one number for each team member. Thank you very much for this book.
