It makes so much sense now!

Being a 76/86 on the V/I catalyzer test, I lean naturally more to the integrator side of things. But after having read Mark’s book, the thoughts and struggles of the actual visionary seat now make much more sense.

In fact, it’s helped me realize why I enjoy helping advise VI relationships that are new or strained some because I can see and relate to both roles.

This is a gem of a book, especially if you’re a new or developing visionary that needs some insight on how to grow your own behaviors and thought processes forward.
